أخيرا
إكتشفنا السماء
هشمنا الجسر الخشبي بأسناننا
الجسر الذي يمتد من الرأس إلى سدرة المنتهى.
كانت ثعالب التفكير دليلنا
إلى الحقيقة.
أن الملائكة لا تعشش في السماء
بل في بنية اللغة الجريحة.
والله يسكن في الأرض
منذ ملايين السنين
أذهب إليه يوم الأحد ممتطيا فهد المخيلة.
محاطا بجوقة من الفقراء والمجانين.
كان يحبني جدا
لأن تابوتي لم يزل مملوءا بالفراغ.
لأني مسيح صغير
لم تكن صلباني حجر عثرة في طريقي الطويل إلى مصبات النور
لأني مقاتل جيد
ومصارع ثيران الساعات الحرجة.
أخيرا
اكتشفنا مصرع عزرائيل
في زقاق الفلسفة.
أن الموت حج إلى النهر الأعظم
والجسد سمكة شريرة في إكواريوم الصيرورة.
أخيرا
اكتشفنا كذبة الحياة الكبرى
اللاشيء المهرج في سيرك الليل والنهار.
أن الجنة والنار من نسيج ألف ليلة وليلة.
والإنسان هو الإلاه الحقيقي.

Finally,

We discovered the sky

We smash the wooden bridge with our teeth

The bridge that extends from the top to the furthest point

Thinking foxes were our guide

To the truth;

That angels do not nest in the sky

Rather, it is in the structure of the wounded language.

And God dwells on earth

Millions of years ago

I go to him on Sunday, riding the leopard of imagination

Surrounded by a chorus of the poor and the madmen

He loved me very much

Because my coffin is still full of emptiness.

Because I am a young Christ

My crosses were not a stumbling block on my long way to the estuaries of light.

Because I am a good fighter

And bullfighter of critical times.

Finally,

We discover that Azrael was killed

In Philosophy Alley,

That death is a pilgrimage to the greatest river,

And the body is an evil fish in the Aquarium of the becoming.

Finally,

We discovered life’s big lie,

That nothingness is a clown in the circus of the day and night,

That Heaven and Hell are woven from the “Thousand and One Nights”.

And that man is the true God.
