سأطارد الموت في غواصة..
أقطعه إلى نصفين بسيف أخيل..
أرمي جثته لوحوش البحر..
ولتلعنه كل السمكات التي فرت
من بحيرة صدري..
ثيراني المجنحة..
جيراني النائمون في اليقظة..
ستكون لحيتي مثل ذيل طاووس
أتباهى بها أمام كائنات فضائية
إختارت أن تجاورني
وتقاتل إلى جانبي بأسلحة خارقة..
حين يهاجمني أعداء ماتوا منذ قرون..
منجم ينام كل ليلة في شجرة
ظهري الليلي..
مومياءات مصابة بالملاريا..
بوم محنط وأنصاف آلهة ..
ستكون رأسي مثل جرة أنيقة
تشرب من نبيذها المعتق
أيائل الليل والنهار..
وفي الليل تمجدها نجوم
تتطاير من أقاصي النوم..
سيكون عمودي الفقري
مثل جسر قديم..
مكتظ بالزواحف..
سأربي نيازك مهاجرة..
مثل شياه عمياء..
وأغني لأشجار مسنة
فقدت أسنانها في غارة رملية..
لتنام جيدا طوال الليل..
ويزورني نوح مثل مقاتل شركسي
في ثكنة أضدادي..
أمنحه جواز سفر عالمي
ونقودا أثرية..
ليقضي عطلة آخر الشتاء
في جزيرة هاواي..
يتزوج مرة ثانية برومية
لتخفف من وطأة كوابيسه..
من آثار الطوفان الجانبية..
سأعيش مليون ألف سنة..
أقفز من حانة إلى أخرى
مثل كنغر يطفو على جمر النعاس..
لا أكف عن حب النساء..
لأنهن سر أبديتي
وامتدادي في المكان والزمان..
وقواربي الأليفة
في نهر المطلق..
وأنادي الأرض بأسماء حبيباتي..
وأنام على سريرها الطيني
مأخوذا بأسرار العالم..

I will live a thousand million years

I will chase death in a submarine

I'll cut it in half with Achilles’ sword

I'll throw his body to the sea monsters

And damn him all the fish that fled

From the lake of my chest

Winged Bulls

My sleepy neighbors in wakefulness.

My beard will be like a peacock's tail

Show it off in front of aliens

Chose to sit next to me

And to fight alongside me with piercing weapons.

When enemies that have died for centuries, attack me...

An astrologer sleeps every night

In my night back tree...

Mummies infected with malaria

Mummified owls and demigods.

My head will be like an elegant jar

From her will drink old wine

Day and night deer...

And at night the stars will glorify her

Flying from the far reaches of sleep.

My backbone will be

Like an old bridge

Overcrowded with reptiles...

I will raise migratory meteors

Like blind sheep...

And I'll sing to old trees

Lost their teeth in a sand raid.

To sleep well all night...

Noah will visit me like a Circassian fighter

In the barracks of my contradictions

I give him a universal passport

And antique coins

To spend another winter vacation

On Hawaii island...
