يصنع توابيت في الليل
لرعاة الضوء..
لا أرغب في اختلاس مفاتيح المومياء..
أو جلب غيمة جريحة من عيني قبار..
أو فتح النار على هواجس الأرمل
في جنازة معتقة..
لا أرغب في خاتم سليمان
أو كنوز حتشبسوت..
أو أسرار الخيميائيين الجدد..
أنا فرانكشتاين
قوتي في صنع كلمات مقاتلة..
شن غزوات في أرض المطلق..
واستدراج صخرة سيزيف
إلى بيتي..
حيث تعج نسور مخيلتي
في غابة رأسي .

I don't feel like hiding
In a darkened balcony.
Or under the bed of the dead clothes washer
Dummy lifeless as Gregor Samsa (1).
Or Sarkon Boulos' boots
Full of distance nightmares.
I don't want a hot loaf
From the fingers of a deacon
Makes coffins at night
For the Shepherds of Light...
I don't feel like stealing the mummy keys
Or bringing a wounded cloud from a grave man eyes
Or opening fire on the widower's obsessions
At an aged funeral.
I don't want Solomon's ring
Or the treasures of Hatshepsut (2)
Or the secrets of the new alchemists.
I'm Frankenstein (3)
My strength is in making fighting words
Launching invasions in the Land of Absolute
And luring Sisyphus rock
To my house...
Where filled with eagles of my imagination
In the forest of my head.
